FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BOOKING AND POLICIES

How do I book?

Choose the inquiry form that fits: Wedding, or Events, camera & everything after. I reply to every inquiry within 24 hours. The form is the fastest way to reach me, since DMs and texts can get missed. Your date is held once your signed agreement and booking payment are in.

Do you come to me?

Yes. I work on location: your home, hotel, venue or set, anywhere in the Atlanta area. Travel is a flat fee based on distance, confirmed when you book.

How far ahead should I book?

For weddings, up to 12 months ahead. For events, as early as you can. Holiday and gala season fills first.

Can I book services individually?

Every service is a package, so you know what's included and what the terms are from the start.

How do I hold my date, and is that payment refundable?

A booking payment and your signed agreement hold your date. The booking payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your service agreement spells out the exact terms.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Let me know as soon as you can. If you reschedule more than 48 hours ahead and the new date is open, your booking payment moves with you. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours are charged the full remaining balance. Wedding terms are in your bridal agreement.

What do you need from my space?

A table (I can bring one), an outlet, good natural or lamp light, running water and a trash can. For sanitary reasons I don't work in bathrooms.

How should I prep?

Start with a clean face and clean, fully dry hair, and wear a button-down or robe. You'll get a prep guide with everything after you book.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is never expected and always appreciated. You can add it to your invoice, send it by Venmo or give cash.

Do you work with all skin tones, types, ages and genders?

Yes, wholeheartedly. My kit and training are inclusive by design.

WEDDINGS

Is a bridal preview included?

Yes. Every bridal package includes a preview, so we can test looks and settle the details before the wedding.

Can you do my bridal party?

Yes. Each artist takes four to five services, so nobody's morning starts before dawn. For larger parties I add artists from my team.

Do you offer hair?

For smaller parties I can do hair alongside makeup. For larger parties I bring in a stylist I trust.

What happens before the wedding?

About 30 days out you'll get my Wedding Day Guide, with your countdown, prep tips and a short final-details form.

What's your steaming policy?

Please have dresses steamed the night before so steam doesn't affect hair and makeup. If it has to happen that morning, use a room away from the getting-ready space.

Can you help with the getting-ready timeline?

Yes. I'll work with you, your planner and any other beauty vendors on a schedule that gets everyone ready on time.

What's in the touch-up kit?

The lip color and powder from your look, so you can refresh through the night.

Do you travel for destination or multi-day weddings?

Yes. I'm based in Atlanta and travel nationally and internationally, with custom packages for weekends and multi-day events.

EVENTS, CAMERA, LESSONS AND PRODUCTION

What's the difference between skin-first, soft glam, full glam and camera-ready?

Skin-first is you, rested, for dinners and daytime. Soft glam is polished and defined, still clearly you. Full glam is for black-tie and gala nights. Camera-ready is built for headshots, panels and content.

Will it hold up on camera, phone and flash?

Yes. Camera-ready makeup is built for lights, flash and phone cameras, and I work on film, TV and commercial sets.

Can you plan the look around my outfit?

Yes. Send your outfit and any inspiration photos when you book, and I'll plan the look to match.

Do you work with brands and creators?

Yes, for launches, content days and campaigns. Collaboration terms are agreed in writing before the booking.

Which lesson is right for me?

The 1:1 Makeup Lesson gets your own routine to a pro finish. The 1:1 Shopping Experience edits what's already in your bag. Group lessons work well for friends or events, and the Professional Artist Lesson is for working artists.

What do I take home from a lesson?

1:1 clients get a Personal Beauty Brief afterward with product links and a personal ShopMy list. Group and Professional Artist lessons include a printed General Beauty Brief.

Are your product links affiliate links?

Yes. My ShopMy and Amazon links are affiliate links, and I only share products I use.

How do you book productions?

At half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) rates for hair and makeup. Send your shoot details through the inquiry form for a quote. I'm based in Atlanta and travel nationally.
